I am very grateful for the opportunity I had to be the head boy’s lacrosse coach at BMHS for 13 years. A program rich in tradition and pride, I thank all the current players, former players, and assistant coaches who have helped mold the program to what it is today. I feel blessed to have been the coach in the same program and community where I grew up and had the opportunity to play. It was always special to watch a team grow throughout a season with adversity, success, and learning about life while becoming family. We had a great run, lot of W’s, numerous league championships, and even a state title. More gratifying than any accolades, were the great relationships made through this great sport with the many players, alumni, parents, and coaches. Although there were outside influences out of my control, I love the town, the program, and wish the current team nothing but success on and off the field. They have a great group of kids coming back and the future looks bright. Thanks for the great memories. It was an honor to be the lacrosse coach at BMHS.
